travelet — Support

A wallet for the paperwork of a trip: passports, boarding passes, visas, insurance, and whatever else you need to be able to find in an airport.

Adding a document

1. Scroll to the category you want — passports, flight tickets, visas, insurances, declarations, or a folder of your own.
2. Tap it to open it.
3. Tap the blank sheet at the end of the row.
4. Pick a PDF from Files, iCloud Drive, or anywhere else your phone can reach. It is copied into travelet and kept on your device.

Opening and closing things

Tap a card to read the document full-screen. Tap the fingerprint print at the bottom of an open object to close it.

Throwing a document out

Drag a card up or down out of its row. A red line appears where letting go would throw the document away; go past it, let go, and travelet asks you once to confirm. Confirming deletes travelet's copy for good.

Flight reminders

When you add a boarding pass, travelet reads the flight, gate, seat and times out of the PDF and offers to remind you: the day before, three hours before boarding, and half an hour before. The reminders are scheduled on your phone and delivered by your phone — nothing is sent anywhere.

To turn them off, open Settings → Notifications → travelet on your device. Deleting a boarding pass removes its reminders too.

Setting your country

travelet asks which country you are from the first time you open it. That choice only decides which country is lit on the passport cover's map, and it stays on your device.

Your privacy

travelet makes no network connections at all. Nothing you put in it leaves your phone. The full policy is on the privacy page.

Something wrong?

If a boarding pass is not read correctly, it helps enormously to know which airline issued it and what language it is in — the layouts differ a great deal between them.
